Pork Candy:

Amounts depend on how much you want to make.Make bunches as they go fast.

Bacon slices cut in half
Kielbasa Sausage cut into lengths slightly short than the width of the bacon
Your favorite rib rub
Light Brown Sugar
Round tooth picks

Wrap the bacon half around each slice of Kielbasa Sausage.
Top with your favorite rib rub
Sprinkle about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on top
Smoke until done
